3 cups of water
3 – 6 cloves of garlic, halved
Honey to taste
Lemon to taste
Instructions
1. In a medium saucepan put water and add garlic.
2. After bringing to a boil, simmer for about 3 – 5 minutes. Simmer for longer to make a stronger tea.
3. Remove from heat, add lemon juice and honey.
4. Sip ½ cup, three times per day and the rest you can refrigerate for 3 – 5 days.
