1 cup oat milk
1 handful spinach
1 frozen banana, sliced
2 scoops Vanilla Tera's Whey Protein
1/4 – 1/2 avocado, sliced
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp flaxseed
Combine everything blender with high-speed option and blend for about 1 minute
