I always have oatmeal before training or a match. It’s easy on the stomach, offers so many vitamins and minerals, and is slow-burning, so it won’t leave me hungry at half-time.
1 cup Oat Milk
1 frozen banana, sliced
1 scoop Chocolate Tera's Whey
1 scoop Vanilla Tera's Whey
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 tsp Dutch processed cocoa powder
¼ cup rolled oats
- Combine everything blender with high-speed option and blend for about 1 minute
