This Fig Banana Yogurt Smoothie is a very simple but great taste combo! It is sweet so if you ever feel like some cookie or chocolate have this instead and you will get some nutrients and fiber. If you don’t have fresh figs, use dried figs after soaking them in water for a few hours or overnight.
Good thoughts bear good fruit, bad thoughts bear bad fruit.
Ingredients
2 bananas
2 large figs
1 cup of yogurt
Instructions
Combine everything blender with high-speed option and blend for about 1 minute
