This Breakfast shake is a great start of the morning and keeps you full for a long time. It is great also for your workout regime to get more protein. Using protein powder helps you get your daily dose of protein which many people lack of doig. This is especially important if you are trying to build some muscles.

The roots of education are bitter, but the fruit is sweet.

Nutrition facts: 200 calories 20 grams fat

2 cup skimmed milk
1 banana
3 pecans, crushed
2 tbsp raw wheat germ
1 scoop protein powder
2 tsp vanilla essence


Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth and thick. Pour into chilled glass.
