This peachy vanilla smoothie is plant-based or vegan. Peaches are native fruit to northwest China. The consumption of the fruit helps to reduce the risk of many lifestyle-related diseases, including diabetes, obesity, and heart disease reduces. Strawberries are a natural anti-inflammatory that appears to reduce the risk of atherosclerosis, have fiber and potassium.

Nutrition facts: 200 calories 20 grams fat

2 handfuls greens
1 cup water
1½ cups frozen peaches
1 cup frozen strawberries
1 teaspoon vanilla extract


Combine all the ingredients in a blender. Cover and pulse on and off until the mixture starts to swirl evenly. Blend on high for 20 seconds, or until the drink is completely smooth.
