Watermelon Ginger Greens

Ginger root is often used as a spice and has some wonderful health benefits. Watermelon contains an amino acid called L-citrulline. This is very healthy for the human body as it causes the blood vessels to dilate.

A watermelon that breaks open by itself tastes better than one cut with a knife.
