2 Scoops French Vanilla Shake Mix
1 Scoop Vanilla PDM
1 Scoop Apple Fiber
1 tbsp Steel-Cut Oats
1/4 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 Graham Cracker


Combine everything blender with high-speed option and blend for about 1 minute.
