Cherry Banana Avocado Smoothie combines all the health benefits from these fruits to make it really tasty and nutritious drink. If you can’t find cherries you can use 100% pressed cherries juice or berries. Blueberries are a great substitute for this smoothie.
I’m a grazer by nature – fruit, nuts – but I try to discipline myself and sit down for regular meals when the girls are around, as I want to instil good habits in them.
Ingredients
1 cup of cherries
2 medium bananas
1/2 small avocado
1 cup of water
Instructions
Combine everything blender with high-speed option and blend for about 1 minute
