Orange Banana Lime Smoothie is a very refreshing vitamin C packed drink. You must add lime zest! Lime is a small round, green-color citrus fruit with a unique aroma and acidic sour juice. It has a high content of Vitamin C, helps with digestion, provides skin care, manages blood sugar, prevents kidney stone,s and may help prevent heart diseases.
My parents were always pretty free with me. They were of the school of thought that if you really cramp down on someone and tell them not to do all these things, it’s gonna become like forbidden fruit.
Ingredients
2 oranges
1 1/2 medium bananas
1/2 lime peeled
1 lime zest
1 cup of water
Instructions
Combine everything blender with high-speed option and blend for about 1 minute
