This Peach Banana Greens smoothie is a great lower glycemic option. It comes high in fiber and low in sugar. We all know that eating bananas and greens is really good for you, but what about peaches? Peaches are known as a superfood that originated from Northwest China. They contain a lot of vitamin C, as well as fiber, potassium, and iron.

Ingredients
2 handfuls greens
2 cups water
1½ cups frozen peaches
1 banana, peeled
2 tablespoons sunflower oil
2 teaspoons spirulina
Instructions
Combine all the ingredients in a blender. Cover and pulse on and off until the mixture start to swirl evenly. Blend on high for 20 seconds, or until the drink is completely smooth.
