This raw Carrot Cucumber Lemonade recipe is refreshing and healthy and it helps you stay deliciously hydrated during the hottest summer days. Cucumber is rich in water and helps us stay hydrated and improve the health of the skin.
Like a prune, you are not getting any better looking, but you are getting sweeter.
Ingredients
4–5 medium carrots, scrubbed well, tops removed, ends trimmed
1 apple
1 small cucumber, peeled if not organic
1-inch-chunk ginger, peeled
½ medium lemon, peeled if not organic
Instructions
Cut produce to fit your juicer’s feed tube. Juice ingredients and stir. Pour into a glass and drink as soon as possible.
