This Mango Lime refreshing tropical smoothie is easy to make and brings the tropical fruits mango and lime. Mango is a delicious tropical seasonal fruit rich in pre-biotic dietary fiber, vitamins, minerals. Limes have immune-boosting properties, lower your cancer risk, provide protection against kidney stones and more.

Nutrition facts: 200 calories 20 grams fat

2 handfuls greens
1½ cups water
1 orange, peeled and seeded
½ cup frozen mango chunks
1 lime, peeled and seeded
1 packet stevia


Combine all the ingredients in a blender. Cover and pulse on and off until the mixture starts to swirl evenly. Blend on high for 20 seconds, or until the drink is completely smooth.
