This Cherry Orange drink is perfect for weight loss as well as cherries lovers. Cherries are rich in fiber, vitamin C, and potassium, antioxidants, and anti-inflammatory compounds. Chia seeds are rich in A, and B-vitamins, vitamins C, E, and also contain calcium, potassium, phosphorus, sodium, and magnesium.

Ingredients
2 handfuls greens
1Ā½ cups almond milk
1 cup cherries, pitted
2 oranges, peeled and seeded
1 tablespoon ground chia seeds
Instructions
Combine all the ingredients in a blender. Cover and pulse on and off until the mixture starts to swirl evenly. Blend on high for 20 seconds, or until the drink is completely smooth.
