This Orange Avocado Yogurt Banana smoothie can get quite thick due to avocado and banana so you can add more water. Most of us eat fresh avocado and know the benefits of using if but what if you add it to your daily smoothie?
Knowledge is knowing that a tomato is a fruit. Wisdom is knowing not to put it in a fruit salad.
Ingredients
1 orange
1 small avocado
1/2 cup of yogurt
1 medium banana
4 dates
1/2 lime peeled
1 ounce of almonds
1 cup of water
Instructions
Combine everything blender with high-speed option and blend for about 1 minute
