1 tbsp fresh orange juice
3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1 scoop whey or soy protein powder
1 tbsp instant coffee, made with 2 cups of boiling water,
cooled 1 tbsp quark
5 ice cubes

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend well.
